My first chalk drawing.. ...

I used mixed medium for my drawing, i used chalk for the blending of the colours for the background, crayons for the rock areas, and colour pencils for the lighthouse, houses, etc. I think that it looks horrible, hence, i decided to do a short evaluation... ...

1. The colours used to blend are inappropriate, like the biege and pink---for the sea???!!!!!No!

2. Ugly rock areas that take up too much space

3. No centre of focus in this pic, the lighthouse could have taken centre stage, appearing to be much bigger and brighter.

4. BAD DRAWING SKILLS!

That's my short evaluation.. .... give me more feedback, i need it! (i wouldn't hate you):) i would redraw and post it on the site.. ...hopefully appearing to be much better. i hope that i can post some awesome videos of chalk drawing by some awesome artists.. ..
